CMS has advised Necron Group on the hotel management agreements with Hilton relating to two new hotels at the Green Square Business Campus in Aalsmeer. The cooperation entails the development of the first Home2 Suites by Hilton in the Netherlands, featuring 128 suites for extended stay, as well as a Hilton Garden Inn with 156 rooms.
The partnership between Necron and Hilton further expands Hilton's presence in the Netherlands and is part of Necron's broader development of the Green Square Business Campus close to the Schiphol Airport.
The team was led by Roman Tarlavski and Dena Mokhberolsafa and further comprised Maarten Feenstra and Iris Zeilstra.
