CMS has advised longstanding client Orange Investment Managers and Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH on the acquisition of the parking garage with 404 parking spaces in the city center of Dordrecht.
The parking garage used to be part of the shopping centre “Drievriendenhof”, orginally developed by Syntrus Achmea. CMS has advised client with the acquisition and with the termination and the extraction from the division into apartment rights.
