CMS has advised White House Development and Chagall on the hotel management agreement with Ennismore related to the new 150-room Mama Shelter hotel on the IJ-bank in Amsterdam North that will be operated by Ennismore.
Mama Shelter has 11 locations worldwide. The Amsterdam location will be the brand's first hotel in the Netherlands. The Dutch property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027. European Hotel Capital is the asset manager.
The team was led by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Dena Mokhberolsafa, Maarten Feenstra and Iris Zeilstra.
