CMS has advised the shareholders of Ambitious People Group, an international recruitment consultancy group, on the sale of a majority interest to Capital A.
Founded in 2007, Ambitious People Group has nearly 200 employees and is operating with five brands from 24 offices in six countries. Ambitious People Group has been a fast growing company for year and has been awarded the FD Gazellen for 10 consecutive years. Together with Capital A, Ambitious People Group will accelerate its growth path.
