Cilia van Nierop is a member of the Commercial group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She is active in the Life Science & Healthcare sector. Cilia advises amongst others on a wide range a legal health issues, including eHealth, advertising / inducements, the healthcare contracting process, and other complex matters related to the healthcare system. She assists mainly private companies and also advises clients on compliance issues related to gaining market access for medical devices or medicines.
Cilia has been with CMS since November 2019, first as a paralegal during her Master's degree and since January 2021 as an attorney-at-law.
