Eduard Scheenstra is partner and Chair of the Banking & Finance practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

He specialises in syndicated secured corporate lending, real estate finance, asset finance and leveraged finance transactions. He has advised and represented banks and borrowers on both domestic and cross-border deals. His clients include national and international financial institutions, financial sponsors and corporates.
