Fabian is a member of the Real Estate & Construction practice group of our firm. He advises property developers, construction companies, investors, housing corporations, and other real estate and construction companies on their issues relating to construction and real estate law. He focuses on (international) real estate transactions, project development and the drafting of related contracts.
Fabian has been with CMS since 2022 and previously worked as a real estate lawyer (advocaat) at another large law firm in Amsterdam.
