Klaas-Jan de Groot is a managing associate within the Real Estate & Construction practice group of our firm.
As a deputy civil law notary he is active in real estate transactions, real estate related corporate law and real estate finance. He also advises on projects related to (renewable) energy, hotels and real estate development.
Klaas-Jan has been with CMS since 2022 and previously worked at an international law firm. He is a member of the Royal Notarial Society.
