Malaika van der Ploeg is a member of the Real Estate & Construction practice group of our firm. She is active in commercial property transactions, project development and tenant law. Malaika advises on drafting purchase agreements, tenancy agreements and property law structures and advises on various matters relating to real estate and tenancy law. She advises investors, retailers, project developers and housing associations.
