CMS has advised STOCKMEIER Holding SE with the acquisition by Stockmeier Netherlands Food Holding B.V. of all shares in CC Holding Laren B.V. and its subsidiary Creamy Creation B.V. This strategic transaction strengthens the family-run company's presence and product portfolio, particularly in the European and American markets for chemicals, flavours and food ingredients.

Since its founding in 1979, Creamy Creation has established itself as a leading player in the alcoholic cream liqueur segment, with a cream liqueur production facility in Rijkevoort and a long-term agreement with its production partner in Batavia, USA. The company employs more than 90 people, including dedicated R&D teams in both the Netherlands and the United States.

STOCKMEIER Holding SE is an internationally active family-owned company with its headquarters in Bielefeld. The group specialises in the production and trade of chemicals and food ingredients, and employs over 2,400 people at more than 50 locations worldwide. With this acquisition, STOCKMEIER is continuing its growth strategy and strengthening its position in the European market.

The CMS team comprised Pieter van Duijvenvoorde, Carola de Bruijn, Robin Sijbesma, Tijl Poen, Martijn van der Bie, Britney Eggens, Herman Boersen, Etienne Courbois, Mathijs van der Veen, Camiel de Zoeten, Ellen Gielen, Rik Bongers, Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh, Merel Kroneman, Merel van Vliet, Tom Jozak, Yasar Çelebi, Pieter Jordans, Ramesh Kaushik, Klaas-Jan de Groot, Emma Schouten, Edith Timmer and Malaika van der Ploeg.
