Niels Sopar is tax advisor of the Tax practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
Niels focuses on direct tax, including corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax, wage tax and personal income tax. He assists businesses on the fiscal optimisation of their activities, compliance issues and objection and appeal notices.
Niels has been with CMS since 2020 and previously worked as a tax advisor at a Dutch tax boutique firm.
