Pieter is gespecialiseerd in nationale en internationale fusies en overnames en joint ventures. Hij heeft specifieke ervaring met private equity transacties. Pieter heeft strategische partijen en private equity bedrijven geadviseerd bij een groot aantal transacties in verschillende sectoren, waaronder financiële instellingen, IT en energie.
