Frode Olsen works in particular with M&A, and has been responsible for negotiations, management of due diligence reviews, preparation of agreements and implementation of a significant number of share transactions in the recent years. In addition, he has assisted in transactions led by others, and works closely with financial advisors. He also assists his clients with advice within transaction tax, both for acquisitions that are industrial and within Private equity.
Throughout his career, Olsen has also worked with issues in the borderland between tax, company law and accounting law. He regularly assists with Norwegian and international restructuring, where his interdisciplinary skills make it possible to provide cost-effective assistance together with other specialized advisers.
With his financial background, he has also worked extensively with the premises for and quality assurance of valuations in connection with restructuring and transactions, including valuations in connection with the restructuring of real estate portfolios.
