Kluge advised the Norwegian Institute of Public Health

Kluge has advised the Norwegian Institute on Public Health in the drafting and negotiations of contracts for the purchase of Covid-19 vaccines from multiple suppliers, including Pfizer and Moderna, through the centralised EU approach on procuring vaccines.

The Kluge team was composed of Olav HasaasCamilla GryttenKenneth Høgevold and Beate Kathrine Berge, for contracts aspects, as well as Torstein Arendt and Frederik Nordby for procurement law aspects.
