We are happy to welcome Anne Buan, Alf Amund Gulsvik and Henrik Nordling as new partners in CMS Kluge.

Anne comes from a position as associated partner in Simonsen Vogt Wiig and has extensive experience with large IT- and technology projects and public procurement. In CMS Kluge, she will be part of our TMC (technology, media and communications) team. Anne will strengthen our capabilities within technology law and technology procurements.

Alf Amund has worked in CMS Kluge since 2021 and heads our Public Procurement team. He has previous experience from Wikborg Rein and is currently a board member of KOFA (the Norwegian complaints board for public procurement). Alf Amund is one of Norway’s leading procurement lawyers.

Henrik has worked in CMS Kluge since 2019 and is part of our Competition & EU team. He is a qualified lawyer in both Norway and France and has previously worked in BAHR, Schjødt, Darrois Villey in Paris and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussel. He is a highly rated competition lawyer.

Alf Amund and Henrik started as partners as of January 1st, 2023. Anne will start in February. All three will be part of the IP, technology and EEA department, headed by Marte Thorsby.

- We are very pleased to have Anne, Alf Amund and Henrik join the partnership. They will add important knowledge, network and capacity to these important focus areas for CMS Kluge, says Marte Thorsby.
