Hygen has extensive experience in a wide range of disciplines, primarily within real estate, corporate law, law of obligations and property, in addition to litigation. Since 2010 she has been responsible for the property department in Bergen. Inger engage in counselling and litigation within various real estate issues for developers, property owners, builders, consultants and contractors, with a large element of contract and transaction assistance. The company law assistance applies to counselling both from owner’s perspective, at board level and to the administration, including the relationship between company and owners, between different levels of management, and internally between group companies, in addition to assistance regarding all parts of external activities.
The law of obligations and property expertise relates to identification and securing of claims, transactions, contracts, lien and property disputes, particularly related to monetary claims, contract settlement and nonconformity. Since 1999 Hygen has conducted a large number of cases before the District Court and Court of Appeal, and has also conducted one case before the Supreme Court. Hygen has additional expertise within economy/accounting principles.
