Thea Fürst Tyvold

Tyvold is a Partner in CMS Kluge’s Real Estate team. She has background from CMS Kluge's Corporate team. Tyvold works with transactions/M&A and commercial real estate. She provides expertise on drafting and negotiating contracts. Tyvold has extensive experience on court proceedings after more than two years as a deputy judge in Norway’s second largest district court.

Tyvold assists clients on issues regarding commercial real estate, including real estate transactions and lease contracts for existing or new building projects. Her work often consists of drafting contracts and assisting clients with negotiations. Tyvold is experienced with drafting cooperation agreements and shareholders’ agreements in real estate projects. Tyvold is part of CMS Kluge’s commercial real estate team.

Tyvold further advises clients on company law issues. She assists with most aspects of M&A transactions and restructuring, for example giving strategic advice, assisting with negotiations in the M&A process, leading due diligence reviews, and the drafting of SPAs and shareholders’ agreements. Tyvold focuses in particular on the intersection between company law and real estate.

Tyvold further holds expertise on competition law. She has a degree from King’s College London, specializing inter alia on European competition law. She assists clients with all types of competition law issues, including regarding merger control and cooperation issues, and setting up compliance programs.
