Antitrust

We provide preventive counseling to our clients by means of training provided to strategic purchasing, managerial and upper management personnel; as well as in the design, implementation and supervision of Antitrust Compliance Programs. 

We advise our clients during the negotiation and execution of contracts with exclusivity clauses, and on those ordinary and/or extraordinary operations where free competition regulations are involved, to prevent legal infringements from ever taking place. 

In the electricity sector we advise our clients in the design of their business concentration operations and we represent them, if the case may be, during the authorization granting procedures prior to these operations.

We represent our clients in the disciplinary proceedings before the Commission for the Defense of Antitrust and before the Competition Court of Defense of Antritrust of INDECOPI, advising them from the start of the selection and analysis of relevant documentation, market research, process strategy design and in exercising their right of defense before these courts.
