  • Shell GNL Perú S.A.C.: Legal advice on the constitutional relief remedy filed against a regulation issued by the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines that affects Shell's constitutional rights to private initiative, freedom of running business, contractual freedom, property, equality before the law and the principle of proportionality.
  • Puma Energy (owned by Repsol, the leading Spanish energy and petrochemical company): Advice in an arbitration against ETISSA seeking to declare the termination of a contract executed by REPSOL and demand ETISSA payment of the amounts owed.
