Luis Alberto Liñán has positioned as one of the most recognized and influential lawyers in the litigation and arbitration area due to his extensive professional and academic experience, high knowledge in the field and solid ethical values. He has more than 25 years of experience in civil procedural law, administrative procedural law, constitutional procedural law, resolution of disputes and arbitration, providing legal advice and design of strategies for the solution and prevention of conflicts to national and international companies that are leaders in the mining, retail and telecommunications sectors.

Luis Alberto has specialized in procedural advice and the design of strategies for the resolution and prevention of conflicts. In addition, he has participated in various due diligence to important national and foreign companies dedicated to mergers, acquisitions, syndicated loans, bond issuance, among others. Luis Alberto has an effective leadership with high capacity for negotiation and persuasion, being his management very well organized and planned oriented to results, focused on the solution of critical situations.

He is a professor at the University of Lima, in the Master of Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and at the Academy of the Magistracy. He is the author of several articles on Ccvil procedural law published in academic journals.
