Solgas: Solgas has commissioned us to handle more than 180 labour proceedings and administrative procedures. These actions deal with a range of different matters, including, but not limited to, reinstatement of employment, reimbursement of social benefits, compensation for arbitrary dismissal, compensation for damages caused by work accidents and/or occupational diseases, nullity of dismissal, and questioning of fines imposed by the labour authority.
