Cecilia Vargas is a partner in the Labor and Employment area of CMS Grau. She is an expert in labor law, social security, prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, and immigration procedures. She advises various national and foreign companies in matters of her specialty, as well as in the defense of litigation in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings.

She has extensive experience in the hiring of national and foreign workers, and in obtaining the corresponding immigration authorizations and qualifications. Likewise, in the performance of labor audits and labor inspections. She also provides comprehensive advice from the general planning and design of labor policy, to counseling in complex cases related to collective bargaining, personnel terminations and day-to-day dealings with labor unions.

Cecilia holds a law degree from the University of Lima and a master's degree in labor law.
