CMS Grau, celebrating its 90th anniversary, announced the promotion of César Dávila as a new partner in the Tax Practice. With over 11 years of outstanding experience in the firm, César Dávila has played a crucial role as Director of Tax Litigation at CMS Grau. His expertise lies in resolving complex tax disputes, as well as providing corporate tax advice and private client services.

With Dávila's promotion, CMS Grau consolidates its position in the tax practice market. Additionally, as part of the global CMS, the practice benefits from an international reach that enhances the offering of its tax services. The tax practice comprises three specialised teams in Consultancy and Planning of complex operations, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Litigation, reinforced by three partners, a director, and three associates.

César Dávila, the new partner at CMS Grau, supports his outstanding career in Tax Litigation with extensive experience in advising on disputes before SUNAT and other Tax Authorities, from the audit stage to the judicial and constitutional stages when necessary. His experience spans various industries, with a particular focus on energy and natural resources, telecoms, infrastructure, retail, automotive, and construction.
On the academic front, Dávila has a Master in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy, awarded jointly by the University of Genoa and the University of Girona, as well as the course "International Tax, Legal and Commercial Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions," delivered by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Amsterdam).
