Nahomi Marcos is an associate in the Corporate / M&A and Banking and Finance practice groups at CMS Grau. She has experience in corporate transactions, corporate reorganisations, due diligence and contractual structuring for local and international companies in the industrial, financial, energy and education sectors.
Her practice focuses on corporate, contractual and transactional matters, with particular attention to risk mitigation and corporate efficiency. She has participated in acquisitions and reorganisations involving companies and non-profit entities, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and corporate agreements.
She holds a law degree, with honours, from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has complemented her academic background with studies in accounting and finance at ESAN.
