Ana Paula Molina is an associate in the Compliance practice at CMS Grau. She specialises in providing legal advice with a preventive approach to the design and implementation of Compliance Programmes, as well as Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Prevention Models.
She has experience in the assessment, identification and control of corporate risks of a criminal nature, as well as in the management of contingencies arising from non-compliance with Compliance standards. She also participates in criminal procedural matters, including the drafting of appeals and cassation briefs before judicial authorities, providing technical analysis aligned with her clients’ defence strategies.
Ana Paula is a qualified lawyer, graduating with highest honours from the University of Piura, and has completed specialised studies in Criminal Compliance, Governance and Anti-Bribery.
