Andrea has more than 9 years of experience focusing her practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and project finance.
She has advised various sectors such as finance, energy and telecommunications. Andrea has participated in local and foreign financings, syndicated loans, multilateral loans, concession financings and private bond issues.
Among the most important companies that Andrea has advised are Banco de Crédito, Scotiabank Perú, Credicorp Capital, Coöperative Rabobank U.A., Santander, Banco Itau, Banco BTG, Corporación Andina de Fomento, Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), Andino Investment Holding, among others.
