Elizabeth Dávila is an associate in the Real Estate & Construction practice at CMS Grau. With more than 12 years of experience, she specialises in providing comprehensive legal support to infrastructure, construction and real estate development projects, with a focus on contract structuring, negotiation and administration, as well as on the management of permits, licences and regulatory matters required for the execution of works. Her professional background includes serving as Head of Corporate Legal Affairs for the operator of the New Jorge Chávez International Airport, where she led the management and securing of the permits required for its opening and operation.
Her practice includes the review and documentation of projects (including construction contracts such as EPCM, O&M and FIDIC), due diligence and ancillary structures (MoUs, NDAs, SPVs, joint ventures, trusts and insurance), as well as real estate acquisitions and legal and technical regularisation processes. She also has experience in administrative proceedings and inspections, incorporating a preventive and compliance-oriented approach to mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity.
Elizabeth holds a Law degree from the University of Lima and a Master’s Degree in Government and Public Management from Universidad San Martín de Porres. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Law at PUCP, as well as international programmes in Project Management and Conflict Resolution at the Catholic University of Ávila. Outside of work, she enjoys series, films, books, travel and hobbies that combine creativity and curiosity.
