We are recognized by our experience providing advice in the development of urban and rural real estate projects. Our advice is not limited to the design and structuring of the real estate project at the contractual, tax and financing levels, but also includes the diagnosis of the properties involved, the reorganization of the properties, the design of the contractual structure most suitable for the purposes proposed by our clients, the direct negotiation of contracts for the acquisition of real estate or of rights with respect to them, obtaining permits for the operation and construction of the projects, negotiation of contracts for the construction of projects as well as active participation in financing such projects.

Within our specialized consultancy, we conduct a study of titles in order to obtain a diagnosis of the property and the current state of the properties involved (if there are overlays, liens and / or encumbrances, and judicial proceedings, among others), such as the concession of urban permits, zoning and compatibility of land uses with the projects to be developed, the lifting of duties and charges, the rectification of the zones and limits, cadastral surveys of buildings and elaboration of an ad hoc cadastre, among others.
