We look for customers who have a significant number of workers which present different situations, requiring each of them a comprehensive and objective assessment. The main problem that often occurs is the lack of labor preventive planning and as a consequence it can impact on the management of human resources as well as the labor climate, which entails the need to evaluate the situation to determine what are the aspects that need to be restructured in order to avoid the generation of contingencies. We try to provide customers with a turnkey solution from a labor approach that avoids exposure to major contingencies and which, moreover, is of immediate application
Before CMS Grau, Lourdes worked as an Associate in Cavero-Blumenfeld, Llosa & R. La Rosa Law Firm (2009).
