Mauricio Black has vast experience in environmental issues, with special emphasis on environmental management, water resources and biodiversity. His field of work is mainly focused on the legal compliance cycle: the identification of legal requirements (environmental, safety and occupational health and quality), consulting, due diligence and legal compliance evaluation (both documentary and field), with respect to a broad spectrum of economic sectors (Mining, Energy, Industry and Fisheries).
He is a member - since 2008 - of the Environmental Law Workshop of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the UNMSM, of which he was a member and general coordinator.
He has been part of CMS Grau since 2011. Prior to joining CMS Grau, he collaborated with the General Directorate of Wild Flora and Fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture (2009) and was also part of the Ada Alegre Consultores team (2010 - 2011).
