Nadia Cautivo is an Associate in the Consumer Products, Competition and Intellectual Property practice at CMS Grau. She has solid experience providing preventive legal advice to domestic and international companies in sanctioning proceedings, judicial cases and consumer complaints before Indecopi.
Her practice includes trade mark registrations, oppositions and cancellations, as well as the preparation of legal opinions on advertising matters, identifying potential legal risks and proposing effective solutions. She has taken part in due diligence processes related to corporate acquisitions and the issuance of financial instruments, focusing on Intellectual Property and Competition matters.
Nadia holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has specialised studies in Administrative Law. Her strong academic background and strategic approach enable her to provide legal solutions aligned with her clients’ business objectives.
