Natalia Almonte is a lawyer in the Labour practice area at CMS Grau, specialising in Labour Law, Labour Litigation, Social Security, and Immigration. She provides legal counsel in her areas of expertise to various national and international companies, representing them both in administrative and judicial proceedings. She has experience in handling individual and collective labour claims, hiring national and foreign workers, preventing cases of workplace harassment, and conducting audits in labour and occupational health and safety matters.

Natalia is a licensed attorney from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, holding a Master's degree in Labour Law and Social Security. She has pursued postgraduate studies in Gender and Equality, completed a postgraduate diploma in Constitutional Procedural Law, and attended a workshop on Compensation and Benefits Management and the Implementation of Compensation Policies.

Advice related to personnel management, in order to avoid labor contingencies.
  • Sodimac Perú S.A. |  Advice to the Human Resources and Finance areas, in the design of the strategy for the homologation of the organizational structures, of the process of unification of the compensation systems and labor conditions of Sodimac Perú S.A. and Maestro Perú S.A., proposing recommendations according to the characteristics of the business.
