Piero Alvarado is an associate in the Real Estate & Construction team at CMS Grau. He specialises in providing legal advice on real estate and registry law, supporting the management and execution of property development projects, primarily within the retail, energy, electricity, and mining sectors.
His experience encompasses the preparation of land ownership assessments for urban, rural, and undeveloped plots, as well as the drafting of contracts for the transfer of real rights — including sale and purchase agreements, usufructs, and easements. He has been involved in real estate due diligence processes, administrative licensing management, and advisory services on registry and urban planning matters for private sector clients. He has also participated in proceedings before the National Superintendence of State Property (SBN), property regularisation, and acquisitive prescription procedures.
Piero holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Specialisation in Registry Law at the same institution.
