Santiago Méndez is an associate in the Real Estate and Construction area at CMS Grau. With a strategic approach and extensive experience, he provides comprehensive legal advice for the management and execution of real estate projects.

Santiago has been involved in obtaining operating licences and ITSE certifications, as well as urban planning and construction permits. He has also handled regularisation and land title clearance procedures at both municipal and registry levels. His practice further includes legal representation in urban planning disputes before administrative and judicial bodies, developing effective legal strategies.

His experience at the Ministry of Production and the National Superintendency of State Assets (SBN) has enabled him to specialise in the management of state-owned properties, including usage allocations, easement structuring, state land sales, public space administration, and the formalisation of rural agricultural property.
