Vicente Villalobos is an associate in the Real Estate and Construction area at CMS Grau. He has a solid background in both the public and private sectors, providing legal advice on real estate and urban planning matters, with a focus on land title regularisation, contract management, and the application of regulations governing building permits, urban development, and urban planning.

His experience includes the drafting and analysis of easement agreements, off-plan property sale agreements, reservation agreements, and other instruments related to real estate management, as well as handling municipal, notarial, and registry procedures. He has also participated in land clearance and formalisation processes for private investment projects.

In the public sector, he was involved in the preparation of regulatory proposals and the management of administrative sanctioning proceedings during his tenure at the Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, the Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos, and the Municipalidad Distrital de La Victoria.

Vicente graduated in Law from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres and holds a specialisation in patrimonial civil law and land title regularisation. He is the author of academic publications in real estate law and regularly participates as a speaker in specialised forums, strengthening a technical profile supported by legal research.

  • Transmantaro Consortium | Advised on the drafting of easement agreements and out-of-court settlement agreements for the release of land owned by private individuals, state entities, peasant communities, associations, and companies, in order to enable the execution of three electricity transmission projects.
