CMS Grau has advised Banco BBVA Perú (“BBVA”) as lender on the structuring, negotiation, and disbursement of a long-term loan of up to PEN 95 million, which will be allocated to various infrastructure projects undertaken by the District Municipality of La Molina.
The financing is secured by a cash flow trust.
The transaction was closed on 28 October 2025, with the disbursement of funds taking place on 29 October 2025.
