CMS Grau advises BCP and Ban Bif on financing up to S/ 56 million in favor of Laboratorios SMA

CMS Grau advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (“BCP”) and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas (“Ban Bif”) as lenders in the structuring, negotiation and disbursement of a medium-term loan up to the sum of S/ 56 million (approx. USD 16 million) in favor of Laboratorios SMA S.A.C. (“Laboratorios SMA”), which will be used to refinance financial obligations and to acquire a real estate asset.

The closing of the transaction occurred on November 12.
