Join us at our third edition of HR Horizons (HRowe Horyzonty) - a Polish employment law seminar for HR professionals. It will take place in modern setting of our office in Varso Tower, offering stunning views of the city skyline from the 43rd floor. A delicious breakfast will be served to start the day on a high note.
The event will open with an analysis of key emerging trends in the Polish labour market, followed by presentation of the topics such as:
- Termination of a contract by mutual agreement – what can go wrong?
- AI in HR – ethics, law, practice in the age of AI Act.
- 24/7 on-call duty and Polish labour law – can they be reconciled?
- Elimination of a position and reduction of jobs – a false similarity.
All these topics will be based on real-life examples, and the speakers will share practical insights and suggest actionable solutions.
