The 4th edition of HR Horizons (HRowe Horyzonty) – a Polish employment law seminar for HR professionals will take place in the modern setting of our office in Varso Tower, offering stunning views of the city skyline from the 42nd floor. A delicious breakfast will be served to start the day on a high note.
The event will open with an analysis of key emerging trends in the Polish labour market, followed by presentation of the topics such as:
- Pay transparency without chaos. How to properly map roles? What criteria should be taken into account to comply with the requirements of the Pay Gap Directive?
- Employee returning from parental leave. What should be done if the employee’s position no longer exists? What salary should be granted?
- Employee court disputes – scenarios, mistakes, and best practices. How to prepare for a dispute and conduct it without reputational damage?
- Mobbing/bullying and internal investigations. How should an employee complaint be handled? Procedures, pitfalls, and proven solutions.
All these topics will be based on real-life examples, and the speakers will share practical insights and suggest actionable solutions.
The seminar will begin promptly at 10:00 am, preceded by registration from 9:30 am.
