CMS has advised DNB Bank ASA and PKO Bank Polski S.A. on the refinancing of two portfolios of photovoltaic projects owned by GoldenPeaks Capital. The projects, located in different regions of Poland, have a total capacity of more than 150 MWp.
GoldenPeaks Capital is one of the fastest growing independent green energy producers in Europe and owns one of the largest portfolios of photovoltaic plants in Poland.
This marks the second financing provided to GoldenPeaks Capital by DNB Bank and PKO Bank Polski which CMS has advised the bank consortium on. In 2023, CMS advised on the financing of 55 individual solar PV projects undertaken by GoldenPeaks.
The CMS Banking and Finance team was led by Karolina Bandzul-Król, with support from Bartosz Potrykus and Krystian Lorenz. The project was supervised by partner Michał Mężykowski. Additionally, Wojciech Szopiński advised on project-related aspects, supported by Filip Żukowski and Andrzej Szostak, under the supervision of partner Łukasz Szatkowski (Energy and Infrastructure).
