CMS has advised Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III, L.P. (CCP III), managed by Tristan Capital Partners - a London-based real estate investment management boutique, on the sale of the Warsaw Financial Center office tower.
Allianz Real Estate originally bought the Warsaw Financial Center office tower from CA Immo and Pramerica in 2012. It has now been purchased by CPI Property Group, a Czech real estate investor.
The 36-storey tower is located in the heart of the Warsaw’s financial district. It is 99% occupied and LEED ‘Gold’ certified.
CMS provided comprehensive legal advice during the sale of the office building, including the coordination of the due diligence process and the negotiation of the sale agreement. The CMS team was led by Lidia Dziurzyńska, partner in the Real Estate and Construction team, supported by Michał Bork (counsel), Andrzej Zając (counsel), Aleksander Grabecki (associate) and Zofia Nejthardt (laywer) from the Real Estate and Construction team.
On the Allianz Real Estate side, the transaction was led by Isabel Haupt, Deputy Head of Legal, and Birgit Engel, Senior Legal Counsel.
