Agata Władzińska is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the Competition Department.

She specialises in EU and Polish competition law and commercial matters. A major part of her practice involves advising on issues related to mergers & acquisitions. She has experience in representing clients before the Polish Competition Authority with regard to control of concentrations, including creating joint ventures, as well as share and asset acquisitions. She cooperates in this respect with entities from various sectors, such as energy, real estate, automotive, insurance. Her practice also covers advising clients on matters related to foreign direct investments.

Agata provides assistance to clients in their day-to-day business activities, including with regard to various commercial agreements and issues related to anti-competitive agreements and practices, abuse of a dominant position, acts of unfair competition, and unfair use of a contractual advantage.
