Agnieszka Kałwa is an advocate and a senior associate in the CMS Employment Group in Warsaw. She joined CMS in 2014. Her main areas of specialisation are labour, social security and immigration law.

She advises clients on matters related to hiring and dismissing staff, collective redundancies and transfer of work establishment. She also supports clients on structuring international assignments and local employment of foreign citizens from EU and non-EU countries, obtaining work and residence permits, advising on social security implications and drafting secondment agreements. She assists clients in introducing employment-related documentation and ensuring their compliance with local laws. She has also a significant experience in advising and assisting clients in establishing of a European company.
