Jarosław Gajda, advocate, is a Counsel in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS.
He specialises in transactional, corporate and contractual advisory services. He has worked with numerous private equity funds and strategic investors. He has experience in M&A transactions, restructurings and joint ventures in the FMCG, IT, oil & gas, food, industrial production, medical services and financial services sector.
