Julia Zybert is a trainee attorney and a Lawyer in the Competition Law Practice at CMS.
She joined CMS in 2023 and is a member of the team specializing in competition and consumer protection law and public procurement law.
Julia has professional experience in proceedings before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, including joint ventures, share deals and asset deals. In this regard, she represents entities in various sectors, including real estate, energy and utilities. Her practice also includes advising clients on matters related to foreign investment control.
Julia supports clients in their day-to-day operations, including the preparation of legal opinions and reviews of contracts and documents for compliance with competition and consumer protection laws.
