Kacper Stanosz, a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at CMS Poland.

Kacper advises project developers, investors and financing institutions regarding transactions, regulatory matters and commercial matters, with a particular focus on wind farms (both onshore and offshore) and solar projects. 

His advice covers all stages of a project from planning to construction as well as the sale, acquisition and financing of wind and solar projects.  Aside from working on some significant renewable M&A transactions, he assists with the drafting and negotiation of general contractor, supply, maintenance and service agreements as well as development services contracts. His practice also includes advising on PPAs for wind and solar projects.

  • Global infrastructure fund in connection with the process of refinancing a portfolio of PV projects with a total capacity of approximately 220 MW.
