Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska is a qualified attorney-at-law and Partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

In her professional practice, she focuses on providing legal assistance in real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of office, commercial and warehouse properties in the form of asset deals and share deals. 

She effectively supports local and international clients operating in Poland, as well as investors who are considering expanding into the Polish market.

She has also advised on innovative projects concerning the construction of data centres in Poland. 

She also advises on the property leasing of office, retail and warehouse space to both landlords and tenants. 

Previously, she was associated with the real estate department of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, and earlier with the law firms Hogan Lovells and Chadbourne & Parke.
