With 40 professionals, including five Partners, international law firm CMS has built one of the largest and most experienced Real Estate and Construction practices in Poland.
The firm has recently been intensely developing its Real Estate and Construction practice and expanding the team to include several lawyers who are highly recognised experts in the market. In January, Agata Jurek-Zbrojska joined the firm to head the expanded team. She leads the practice together with Partners: Lidia Dziurzyńska-Leipert, Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska and Michał Mieciński, and with Dominik Rafałko, who joined the team in early February.
