Michał Tutaj is an associate in CMS’s Employment Group and a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. 

He specialises in labour law, civil law and the regulatory aspects of remuneration regimes. 

He advises clients on collective labour law cases including layoffs and labour disputes. He also has experience in assisting financial sector entities with matters related to prudential regulations on variable remuneration (CRD, Solvency II). His expertise includes supporting clients covered by laws on salary limitations for state-owned entities. 
He regularly advises on cross-border cases that are affected by conflict of laws’ and posting of workers’ regimes. He also has experience in day-to-day services for businesses.

His articles and manuscripts are frequently published in both daily newspapers and specialist legal press.
