Paweł Ura, a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at CMS Poland.

Paweł’s areas of expertise include regulatory advice for the energy sector, in particular regarding renewable energy sources, electromobility, and the power market, both in the context of Polish law and EU law. In this area Paweł prepares legal opinions and analyses, as well as recommendations for clients, including in the course of ongoing administrative proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority with respect to  concessions, fines, as well as mandatory natural gas reserves.

Paweł also has experience in preparing large energy and chemical installations by taking part in preparing tender documentation and contractual terms and conditions, as well as advising on contract issues.

Paweł also specialises in issues concerning Public Procurement Law. He has taken part in advising both contractors and employers at each stage of proceedings for a public procurement contract, and prepared legal remedies for the National Chamber of Appeals. He also has experience in litigious proceedings.
